1) POWER TRANSFORMERS: are tested with no load.
   Ratings are determined by factory part numbers, equipment
   they were removed from, or by estimation from others of same type.
2) CHOKES: ratings determined from part numbers or measured with meter.
3) OUTPUT TRANSFORMERS: ratings determined from part numbers or measured with meter.
